  1. The product must be identical to a tile stocked by Austile Ceramics, including brand, style, colour, size, finish and specifications.

  2. The competitor’s advertised price must be current and verifiable at the time of your enquiry.

  3. Customers must provide proof of the advertised price, such as a website link, screenshot or photograph.

  4. The comparison must be based on the same product, quantity and order requirements, including the same delivery or pickup/collection arrangements.

  5. Delivery charges, handling fees and other applicable costs will be considered when comparing the total price.

  6. Austile Ceramics reserves the right to verify the competitor’s price, product availability and terms before making a decision.

  7. Price matching is assessed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to match or better the price where possible, but a match or further discount is not guaranteed.

  8. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless approved by Austile Ceramics.
